Zonta is an International organization Building a Better World for Women and Girls. November 25 is International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. On this day, Zonta turns the world Orange around the world! Empire State Building, Sydney Opera House, Eiffel Tower, Niagara Falls, etc
As we ring in the new year we launch the celebration of WorldOregon’s 75th anniversary. Incorporated as the World Affairs Council of Oregon in 1950, (DBA) WorldOregon continues bridging Oregon with the World and with each other through its community, K-12, and international exchange programming.
Our mission is to EDUCATE the public and to INFORM the medical community about lupus, to ADVOCATE for earlier life-saving diagnosis, to SUPPORT people living with lupus and to COLLABORATE with government and foundations to fund research toward a cure.
